The SUP Alps Trophy finished on 24th of September with great news for the Bartl Family. Peter and Laura, father and daughter, finished at the top places overall in the series of 4 races. This is what we can call “Family Business”! Hence the big smile after the competition.

Laura Bartl, who already won the Austrian Championships this year, surprised everyone and won all the races in the women’s category. The 15-year-old JP-Australia rider competed very well and exceeded expectations, consolidating her name in the sport even more. Peter Bartl, also the current Austrian Champion, was able to win 3 of 4 races in the super competitive men’s fleet.

Peter Weidert, JP-Australia rider from Germany, had a successful performance and was the 2nd place in overall among men. Another team rider from Germany, Carol Scheunemann finished with the 3rd position overall in the women’s category.
