Windsurf, Snowboard, Soccer, Skateboard, Basketball, Climbing, Surfing, Rollerblades, Drawing, Writing, Creative stuff. And people around me.
Luckily there has been a lot. Everyday has something good in it I think. I’ve had a lot of good days on the water – I really like when I learn a new trick – that’s such a great feeling! And those days, where the moves just flows, it really makes me happy! I can usually recognize when I had a good day by the pain in my chins from all the smiling. :)
Uh, that would be… a day spend with people I really like. A lot of smiles, some really good windsurf… yea, it doesn’t take so much to make a good day, really!
For sure the receipt for the best vacation contains my windsurfboard! I always like to travel with my sister and some of my girls who also windsurf, we have so much fun. If it is a trip to Klitmøller, Bonaire, Australia or Brazil doesn’t matter so much, there are always some nice and new experiences on the way.
Tricktionary… Actually I don’t read a lot of fiction books, I read much more fact books, keeping my mind busy when I’m off the water.
I like to listen to a lot of different music, I’ve got at really mixed taste. But some are: Tina Dickow, Fort Minor, Nickelback, Natasja, Kanye West, Sara Bereilles, Sweat Shop Union, Anouk, Jurassic 5, John Meyer, DAD, Rihanna, Corinne Bailey Rae and more…
The jeep from my surfbuddy Stephanie. It can take us everywhere to go windsurf. And it always seems to bring us off road in the search of surfspots. But any car which can contain at least one set of surf gear. I always wished for a transporter myself though.
My homespots Skæring, Alrø, Hullet, Hanstholm, Klitmøller and Sorobon.

When I’ve put to my mind that I want to learn a new trick, I stay on the water until I’ve landed it! Sometimes this has caused that my sister and my friends have been waiting for me on the beach until after dark… but then I nailed it! :) (thank you for your patience Julie and friends)
It’s hard to say what really inspires me. Sometimes I get inspired by the beginners I teach, sometimes by people in other sports, friends or family. I get inspired by windsurfing with others on the water, sometimes the conditions inspires me to try a new trick or to go out. When I decide I want to learn a new trick, I really go into it and keep on trying until I can do it. It takes more to take the inspiration away than getting inspired I think.
That I now made it to the PWA worldtour. About 4 years ago I was practicing my helitacks in the local waters where no one expected a freestyler to come out from.
I’m proud about my family and my friends too.
I will be on the water with my JP freestyle board whenever the wind is blowing, I will keep doing PWA and as many national competitions as possible. I want to combine windsurfing with studying again (like in college), and I will keep on improving my freestyling.
To keep on improving my level in freestyle. I really want to move up in the PWA ranking, and I hope I will be able to train a lot for this. Nationally I want to beat some more of the guys in the A-class ranking. I hope to get more girls out on the water and have some fun! And I hope some of them will get into freestyle as well.

If you can dream it you can do it.
Keep on trying until you get where you wanna be. Go for it.
Everyone deserves to be happy, make someone happy today.
